2. Use of Services

2.1 Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining without authorization
  • Launch attacks on other systems or networks
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Billing

Services are billed monthly or hourly based on your plan. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

3.2 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers.

3.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds are not available for violations of terms of service.

4. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for all production services. See our SLA page for details and compensation terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over content you store on our infrastructure. You grant us limited license to provide the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESSAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LimitlessAI from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for violations of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
