Getting Started

To create your first instance:

  1. Sign in to your dashboard
  2. Click "Create Instance"
  3. Select your desired configuration
  4. Choose a region
  5. Click "Deploy"

Your instance will be ready in under 55 seconds!

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum). Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Use the following command:

ssh root@[instance-ip]

Make sure you've added your SSH key during instance creation.

Billing & Pricing

We bill monthly for all services. You'll receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for the previous month's usage. Hourly resources are billed based on actual usage.

Charges will appear as "LIMITLESSAI" or "LIMITLESSAI.CLOUD" on your statement. If you don't recognize a charge, please contact us at admin@limitlessai.pro before disputing with your bank.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on their initial service purchase. To request a refund, email admin@limitlessai.pro within 30 days of your first payment.

Note: Promotional credits and bonuses are non-refundable service credits and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To cancel your account, email admin@limitlessai.pro with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation:

  • Services remain active until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Remaining credits will be forfeited
  • Data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted

Technical Issues

First, check our status page for any ongoing issues. If everything is operational:

  1. Try rebooting your instance from the dashboard
  2. Check your firewall rules
  3. Review the instance logs
  4. Contact support if the issue persists
