Pricing

Two ways to pay.
Zero surprises.

Infrastructure is self-serve, with a list price on every product. AI services are scoped per engagement — after one consultation you get a fixed proposal, not a meter.

No hidden fees Cancel anytime — infrastructure Scoped quotes — AI services

No price list — on purpose

No two AI engagements cost the same, and a number invented for a website would be wrong in one direction or the other. So we scope first: one consultation, then a fixed proposal you can hold us to.

What sets the number

Scope

Which workflows we take on — one document pipeline or a program of them — and where the human checkpoints sit in each.

Integration surface

The systems we connect — ERP, accounting, CRM, telephony, email. Each integration is named and scoped in the proposal.

Volume

Documents, calls, and records per month. We size capacity up front so the number doesn't move after go-live.

Operating model

How much human review you want and who staffs it. AI outputs are reviewed where accuracy matters — that review model is priced in from day one.

The path to a number

Consult

A working session on your actual workflows, data, and constraints. No slideware.

Design

You get a fixed, scoped proposal: what we build, what stays human, and what it costs.

Build

Configured on commercial foundation models, integrated with your systems, tested on your data.

Operate

Run in production on our cloud with monitoring, review checkpoints, and support.

Every AI engagement includes Hosting on our infrastructure Monitoring 24/7 support
Side by side

One vendor. Two checkouts.

Infrastructure behaves like a utility you control. AI services behave like a project with a fixed bid. Here's the difference in practice.

Billing facts

The fine print, printed large

How paying us actually works. If a detail matters to your bookkeeper, it's stated or linked right here.

Monthly billing

Infrastructure products bill monthly at the listed price. No annual commitment is required to get it.

Payment methods

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, and wire transfer. The chips in our footer are the methods we actually take.

Invoices

An invoice is available for every charge — clean line items your accounting team can file without a follow-up email.

A real SLA

Infrastructure is backed by a 99.999% uptime SLA. It's a document, not a slogan — read it.

Refunds & cancellation

Cancellation and refund rules are written down in plain language in our payment terms.

No hidden fees

Bandwidth, IPs, and add-ons are catalog products with list prices — not surprise line items on your second invoice.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Why don't AI services have list prices?
Because engagement scope varies too much to pretend otherwise. One client needs a single invoice pipeline; another needs documents, voice, and reporting across three departments. A fixed quote after one consultation is faster — and more honest — than a wrong price published on a website.
Can infrastructure prices change?
They're list prices, so they can change — and when they do, we announce it. What never happens: a checkout total that differs from the catalog, or an introductory rate that quietly resets to something higher.
What about refunds and cancellation?
Infrastructure is cancel-anytime, and the refund and cancellation specifics are written in plain language in our payment terms. AI engagements set their wind-down terms in the agreement itself.
Do AI engagements require your infrastructure?
By default, yes. Hosting on our cloud — with monitoring and support — is included in every engagement, because operating the full stack is how we stand behind uptime and response times. If you have a hard requirement to run elsewhere, raise it in the consultation; exceptions get discussed, not refused outright.

Infrastructure prices are already on this page. For AI services, one consultation gets you a fixed, scoped proposal — and the only surprise is that there isn't one.
