LimitlessAI Cloud Infrastructure Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of LimitlessAI LLC's cloud infrastructure services. By making a deposit and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

LimitlessAI provides enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure services including:

Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with dedicated resources
GPU-optimized instances (RTX 4090, A100, H100)
Bare Metal dedicated servers
Object Storage (S3-compatible) and Block Storage
Global CDN and DDoS protection
Load balancing and networking services
24/7 technical support

2. Deposit and Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit Structure: Infrastructure deposits are structured in units of $100.00 USD each, with a minimum deposit of $500.00 (5 units) and maximum of $5,000.00 (50 units). Each unit represents "New Customer Onboarding" service credit (Product ID: 121080).

2.2 Promotional Bonus: During promotional periods, bonus credits may be applied to your account. The current 50% Deposit Match promotion provides 50% additional credits on qualifying deposits.

2.3 Non-Refundable Policy: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a deposit is processed, the funds are converted to service credits and cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Credits may only be used for LimitlessAI services.

2.4 Credit Validity: Service credits do not expire and remain valid for the lifetime of your account in good standing.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LimitlessAI services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Any illegal activities or content
Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
Violation of intellectual property rights

4. Service Level Agreement

4.1 Uptime Guarantee: LimitlessAI guarantees 99.999% network uptime for all production services.

4.2 Support Response: Critical issues: 15 minutes. High priority: 1 hour. Standard: 4 hours.

5. Data Protection

LimitlessAI implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, and SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMITLESSAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
